  • What requirements must I meet to import or export?

    The basic requirements are: sign up at the import or export registrar, assign a customs agent to help in the process and have all necessary documents, such as commercial invoice and certificate of origin. But nevertheless each type of shipment has its own requirements. Call and we can help you and orientate you if needed. Requirements vary depending on the country.

  • What is a customs broker?

    According to Article 159 the Customs Law in effect in Mexico the customs broker is the “physical person authorized by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit by Patent, to promote as a third party the dispatch of the products in the different regimens under this law.” It is not a public servant; it’s a professional that co-assists with the Ministry of Finance in the control of import and export of products, correct payment of contributions and compensation quotes.

  • Why do I need the services of a customs broker?

    If you are a Mexican exporter or want to import your products into Mexico the Tax Administration System (SAT) requires the hiring the services of a customs broker in representation of the exporter to present the export motion with customs.
